Oh dear me, had the virus from hell since Friday, didn't get to see my friend because of being contagious. I have been well poorly, ending up with a visit to doctors today with, you guessed it, a chest infection. Ok and the awful thing is I'm still breathing easier in this state than when I smoked. shows you doesn't it? Good luck everyone if you have stopped today I am in to week five tomorrow and for the first time it is beginning to feel a little easier. The quit smoking advisor was slightly better last week I am pleased to announce. I sat there being Mrs Angry, angry about being induced to smoke in the first place, angry about the process of quitting and angry at life in general, so she made up for the previous two visits! This is the first time I've switched the computer on since Friday. i love this site it so helps. Going off to answer e mails now. Take care and Good night all. X

I quit on the 2nd September, so I've just started week 5 now , like you say, it does get easier as you go and we all try to help each other on this lovely site
