4 weeks is a great achievement Hopefully you will build up the confidence to stop using the e-cig eventually. Maybe you could try using the inhalator instead. The inhalator is a product that has been regulated and we know for sure that it is safe to use.
I've come across many e-cigarette users that quite often give in and top up their nicotine levels by smoking regular cigarettes. Maybe encourage your daughter to think about all the cigarettes that she hasn't smoked
You are both heading in the right direction, we just have to keep you there now
Thanks EmJay for the advise , yes I could consider the inhalator, I do hope they seriously work towards regulating the e-cigaretts as I know so many people who have turned to it !! After 45 years of smoking :-0. I'm more determined than ever before !!
Hi and thankyou for replying to me. I wanted to read your quit story but u dont have one, however I did note u too had headaches. How long did they last for I still got them in my 2nd month. Did the beta blockers help with the pain. People talk of excersise. Some days I cant get out of bed the pain is so bad and never really goes away even taking Advil. Please tell me of your struggles. I have an ecig but it burns my lips after I draw on it a while so dont like it. I dont crave a smoke just want the pain to stop.
Where do u live? Im in King City a town just outside Toronto, Canada. If u read my post of my journey quitting maybe u could give me some pointers and did u have any side effects from the beta blockers. I too have thyroid and cholesterol I take Crestor for cholesterol and Levothyroxine 150 mg for thyroid.
