what is quick mist
Lu - Be careful with using the QuickMist as it can get addictive as cigarettes. At present your usage looks to be well under control. It takes time for cravings to subside - be patient, you are doing great.
busker - QuickMist is a spray form of NRT and more details at this link nicorette.co.uk/products/qu...

Lu_benger, I wish you a big warm welcome to this lovely quit smoking support site
and well done to getting to your 3rd day, smokefree
When you get a craving, just try to put if off and get through it, then when you get your next craving, use your mouth spray. Try that for a day.
Then the next day, when you get a craving, try to put it off, then when you get the next craving, try to put that off allso, then on the 3rd craving, treat yourself to the mouth spray
This just might help you to cut down the usage of the mouth spray.
Speak soon, and good luck,
Pete

I too began using the quick mist spray, when I embarked upon another attempt to quit smoking, at the beginning of the year and I'd agree with Lu that it certainly is a useful NRT product, despite being rather strong (one spray per use is sufficient).
Six months on, I've decided to become a non-smoker once again, so I'll be relying upon the quick mist to take the edge off my cravings, in addition to using the patches.
As this is my first post upon joining the support forum, I'd like to wish all members the very best in their attempts to become non-smokers, regardless of their chosen route towards success.
