On this beautifully sunny morning I'm feeling an immense sense of achievement. I have reached 18 days smoke free, the eve of my 40th birthday and managed to go out on the town and have a drink without succumbing to any form of nicotine one minor nicotine deprived tantrum resulted in a free bar of chocolate from a lovely lady and the craving was gone!!! Now a day of housework waiting for my beloved best friend, who I don't see enough, to arrive, happy days
