Thanks everyone for your support - it really does help. I off to bed now and really feel that I have made it through the day by the skin of my teeth - but have deffo made it without the tobacco. Lets hope tomorrow is better - I'm so glad I didn't quit quitting. The article that Emjay re posted was well worth reading and it helps to know what bit I'm fighting and which war tactics to use!!
