Thanks everyone for your support - it really does help. I off to bed now and really feel that I have made it through the day by the skin of my teeth - but have deffo made it without the tobacco. Lets hope tomorrow is better - I'm so glad I didn't quit quitting. The article that Emjay re posted was well worth reading and it helps to know what bit I'm fighting and which war tactics to use!! Thanx again everyone Nite Nite
