I have on my computer the Quit Smoking shortcut as it seemed like a good idea when EmJay talked about it a little while ago. Don't have a mobile phone so could do an 'app' if that's the right word. Anyway, to cut a long story short when I double click it, it goes do you want to run and I say yes and then this DISCLAIMER appears that says 'while the program has been tested, you install the widget at your own risk NHS Choices will not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind which you may suffer as a result of, or connected to, the use of this software'.
Will someone out there who knows about computers and all stuff associated therewith, please take pity on this old gal who hasn't a clue if she should or should not press the next button to proceed.
HELLPPPP!! Do I press 'NEXT' or do I press 'CANCEL' - do I / don't I that is the question?
Just out of curiousity, what is a widget as well please?
It's just a disclaimer so you don't sue the NHS if it messes up your computer. It doesn't mess up your computer because I tried it ages ago, it doesn't work either, neither does their Android stop smoking app.
