Please find details below of the Bexley Stop Smoking service. As you can see there are a number of drop-in sessions where no appointment is needed and set at times to suit most people.

What you can expect from this service;

- Professional, trained advisors to help you decide when is the best time to stop and how to succeed

- Regular sessions in the first four weeks after stopping to encourage you to keep going

- A choice of medications to suit your level of smoking and preference. These are free or on prescription

- Carbon monoxide checks to show you the progress you’re making

- Lung age testing also available

Mondays – Erith Hospital 9am – 12.30pm

Tuesdays – Queen Mary’s Hospital – 5.30pm – 7pm

Wednesdays – Morrisons, Erith – 9.30am – 1pm

Thursdays – Bexleyheath Library – 5pm – 6.45pm

Fridays – Sidcup Library 10am – 2pm (Appointment Only – 0800 783 2514)
