Recently, I've learned that when I start dissociating my voice changes to what my roommate would call a bubbles sounding person from power puff girls show. I do it without realizing it, and lately been on edge alot, and randomly sad. At times, I am not sure if I have learned how to process my emotions "correctly" or regulate myself. Yesterday, I got frustrated about roommate and food, and told I got overly sad about that voice coming out that. I became a crying mess, to just come here and write this.
