I am on 100mg of sertraline but it's not helping my anxiety and depression I have been on the 100mg for many years and been great but due to 2 blips in life its brought on the anxiety and depression my gp gave me 2 options to either increase the sertralne or wean off them and try 30mg duloxtine I decided on upping the sertraline to 150mg but really struggling I have been on this 1 week now when do you think I may find any improvement
