feeling tired and weak after accident

I am an older woman who is still rather active for my age.

I was recently involved in an accident at an intersection, where neither driver was believed to be at fault. my car was totaled. I was taken to the emergency room and had every test done possible to be sure I had no external/internal injures. the only thing that happened while there was my heart rate fluctuated from 48 to 80. they advised me to see my doctor as soon as possible. the only thing that bothered me afterward was my chest was extremely sore for about three weeks from the seat belts grabbing me.

however after about a week, I started feeling so weak and tired, I have had a hard time walking. I don't have any energy.

I started doing some research and came across ptsd. I wonder if that is causing me to feel this way as I had not felt this way before the accident.
