June who was diagnosed in 2005 with this terrible condition pass away at home peacefully last night. She stayed at home throughout her entire battle with PSP. She will be sadly missed.
I want to thank all the support medical workers that kept June comfortable over the last several years this includes the workers from Beacon Services, nurse Katy Leahy and Dr.'s Robing Saunders and Hurbichuck and the staff of Palliative care in Victoria.

I cannot imagine how hard it must be to say goodbye to your life's partner but am sure it must be a comfort to you and the family that her passing was a peaceful one. I know that you have done all that you could to care for her in the last 8 years. I pray that memories of better times will shine brightly for you all at this difficult time.
Deepest condolences on your loss. It's good to hear that June had such good care in the later stages of this awful disease. I hope that you will continue to have some support around you as you come to terms with your loss.
I know that this is such a difficult time for you and your family. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Hopefully someday they will find a cure (or at least a decent treatment for this horrible disease). Please remember to take care of yourself and know that so many of us share your pain.
Your loved one will be missed but the release for her and yourself begins your healing process. Cherish the memories, don't regret the journey (any part of it), and take care of yourself personally in the days ahead.
