The latest edition of PSPA Matters is now out!

In this edition, you will find updates on the PROSPECT study as well as information about the research taking place in Southampton looking into the benefits of multidisciplinary care.

If you have trouble getting a good night's sleep, our article on sleep hygiene will support your bedtime routine and a selection of top tips from OT Julie Cummins could help you manage better around your home.

As always, you can also read a range of personal experiences. These include diary entries from Michael Riggs about caring for his wife Mary, Elizabeth Birrell's cycle in memory of her husband Ian and, details of home adaptations from John Forth.

In addition, this month we launched our annual Bauble Appeal, so you will also be able to read some of the stories behind the appeal and learn how you donate, by post or via our website.
