Disgusted with Axia I pay a broker I thought to handle the claim passed on to Axia hardly ever there and dont get back to u. I have wasted time trying to sort this out isi IS IT MERELY THAT THEY DONT PAY OUT THIS BEING THE CASE I WILL TAKE THE MATTER TO THE OMBUSMAN FED UP FROM PAIGNTON

I'm so sorry you are having to deal with this.. on top of evyrithing else.

Going to the ombudsman seems the way to go.

If I may sugest, please check your post. You have publsihed your full name, the town in which you live and your customer number.

I strongly recomend you consider editing these out of your post for security reasons.
