Improving vision - Lundy loops

I understand Lundy Loop glasses are helpful for holding the eyelids open, when these start to close. Does anyone know where I can get some? I have searched the internet and found a Mr Lundie in Wales but the telephone numbers don't seem to work? I am hoping to get my father, who has PSP, to try some out....anyone know an email or web address for them?

Hi PDDJED

What were the telephone nos. you have. I have a mobile no. 07581 042925 or 01792 863742. Have spoken with the couple in Wales and have an address of Mr John Lundie at 76 Parc Gilbertson, Pontardawe, Swansea SA8 4PU. I'm telling you this because my husband has PSP and I have repeatedly, over the last year, suggested he has them and now his eyes are worse and he is complaining of heavy eyelids I am about to do it again. The couple are very helpful. Please report your findings if you have time.

Many thanks Jenny and Kevin. I rang the mobile number from your article, Kevin - its the same one as Jenny's reply - and it works. The landline number no longer works. I got hold of John Lundie's wife who was very helpful and I am posting our glasses to them in Wales to fit some Lundie Loops! yay! The address is 1 Pension, Hell, Sant, Cynog, Ystradgylais, Swansea SA91BR. They don't look exactly attractive but a lot of my dad's problem is he has lost control of his eyelids so can't open his eyes to properly to see. These are not expensive at 40 pounds definitely worth trying as it could make all the difference for him! Will let you know how we get on in due course...We have also been recommended Prism glasses as looking down is a problem.
