Make it merry, if you can! I'm enjoying a bit of a pretty miracle, if you like. Having resigned myself to having no tree this year, being busy and stressed, I went into the woods this afternoon to cut a few balsam boughs for the fragrance, and found a small fir that had been uprooted by the felling of a large tree. I pulled it right up, thinking at least I could use the branches, and instead found it the perfect tree to drag inside, set up and decorate, which I proceeded to do. It may be the power of eggnog, but I think it's lovely, and a gift from the gods. Love to all, Easterncedar
