BACK IN THE HOSPITAL

Don was having great difficulty moving again, took him to an urgent are center on Friday, blood and urine test came back negative but by yesterday he was getting worse so, he is back in the hospital. He has a UTI and possibly the beginning of pneumonia. Very weak. Going there now since I have had 4 hours of sleep in two days.

Hope Don is on the mend now! Try and get some sleep, hard I know. But as you well know, you will need all your strength, when he comes home!

Is Don any better, Audrey? Kind of makes you wonder that his tests came back negative at Urgent Care when he actually did have an infection.

Oh,no ok. I know this sounds wierd. but Don is in the hospital, he is being taken care of; therefore make this a time for you to get some deep rest......sleep....relax don't worry too much about Don right now worry about yourself. You need to gain or at least maintain your health. take this opportunity to do so. No guilt, just gain!

I can't sleep. Our daughter has caused a huge fight between me and her. As usual I am always the bad one. I give up. BTW, Don has an upset stomach along with everything else. Think it is from the meds?

My header goes out to both of you, an awful situation. I do hope Don is on the mend. Try to get sone restorative sleep whilst he is being cared for in hospital you need to recharge your batteries. Take care now. Kate xx

I a, so sorry Auddonz , Do try and make time to recharge . I know when John went into hospital luckily it has only been the one time I did find that I sleep better and the my very painful sire shoulders eased . I pray he will be home with you very soon. Xx hugs x

HE IS VERY WEAK TODAY. TOOK X RAYS OF HIS CHEST SINCE HE IS BREATHING VERY HARD AND WILL BE DOING A CAT SCAN OF HIS ABDOMEN THIS AFTERNOON SINCE HE HAS BEEN IN PAN BUT DIDN'T TELL THEM.

Heady he is in afib now and they are more worried about that since he has double pneumonia and not a UTI. Am I confused that would be yes. Since he was admitted on Sat and had been on meds for 1 day it masks what was really going on. Discovered the Afib this afternoon, he never knows when he has it. TY for the lots of love and the big hug. I needed it.

S has AF has well. Has for some 5 years now. He is on Wafarin for it, which is great for some one who falls!!! But so far "touch wood" got away with only a couple of nasty bruises.

They think he has pulminary edema. Trying to clear that up. He is very weak and is still frozen. Very confused, doesn't remember a lot. Slept most of the day yesterday. I am going to rest for a while before I go back to the hospital. Not eating much, both of us.

He is in congestive heart failure and they consider him stable.
