Anything to worry about?

Hi,

Been having my PSA levels checked since 2016 through a charity. No history of prostate cancer. (PSA History below).

Just lately I've been getting groin/hip pain and more difficulty peeing so I went and had PSA done again. The level has doubled in 1 year. Does this look worrying? Should I see my GP? P/S I'm 58.

11/2016 - 1.44

11/2018 - 1.52

03/2021 - 1.69

10/2022 - 3.34

Thanks

Andy

A sudden jump like that with pain and urinary issues might be prostatitis, UTI, or PCa. See a urologist to sort it out.
