Has anyone had any experience with this HIFU treatment? It appears to be relatively new and I'd like to know how to determine if this treatment would be feasible. Thanks.

It's not so new. The latest version is MRI-guided and is called TULSA. There are major issues with this sort of treatment. Read this first:
