I think that for most guys, keeping the bladder full is the hardest part. Remember to INCREASE your exercise regime, although you won't feel like it. This is not the time to take it easy. if you can, get a really hunky trainer to inspire you.

Talk to your doctor, if you are leaking at all and wearing pads ask about the AUS800 Stop my leaking totally, but after radiation I have to wear a mini pad.

It’s been a bit over a year since I finished salvage radiation. PSA went back to undetectable and has stayed there. Learning how to keep my bladder full at the moment of the procedure took a few missed tries, but it all worked out. Yes, fatigue was the biggest side effect. And the Cancer Center gave me free samples of skin lotion without metals in the formula. This was important to prevent radiation burns.

I genuinely hope all goes as well for you as it did for me.

It's been two months since my last treatment. The time goes relatively quickly. My biggest side effects were fatigue and diarrhea. Soon after the treatments ended, the fatigue faded away but the diarrhea is still an ongoing annoyance. They told me that I fell under the "lucky" 10% that suffers from that particular side effect. BTW: I did not suffer from skin burns at all.

Good luck!!!
