I am about 9 years post RP and followup radiation. PSA has been non detectable to date. Viagara does not work for me. Trimix does the job but is a pain to use. Is Xialla something worth trying at this stage? Do people find it or the loop devices effective?

Yes! It, Giddy and the Loop all are powerful in their key function -- to greatly increase blood flow while inhibiting outflow. Each device applies pressure differently, although Xialla and the Loop are similar in their action of pulling "rearwards". Giddy is precisely engineered to hug the penile shaft with adjustable pressure.

Nobody as yet I this group has received either Giddy or Xialla, because of a delay in getting orders out

I will testify to the extraordinary efficacy of the Loop. However I chose radiation and am finishing 18 months of ADT.

I see you aksi had follow-up radiation. Was that considered salvage? I hope that's not a dumb question.

It wasn't salvage. The term they use is adjuvant. I had positive margins and the radiation was 'just in case' to prevent the likelihood of progression / recurrence. I could have waited to see if my psa would rise and then do radiation - considered salvage. The data said the adjuvant was more effective. I erred on the side of caution.

Where do you buy xialla or the other devices?

I see. Thanks for clarifying that. Good choice.

Xialla you order at Xialla com.

Giddy you order at getmegiddy com.

The Loop has a document with instructions and commentary about my experience with ADT. You really do make your own Loop with a common household object -- a length of lightweight cord.

It sounds like you have moderately severe ED. Using any one of these devices should help, maybe a lot, but I can't say or estimate to what degree. But you can combine the three devices, which will double their power bring up the blood flow l in two ways:

Loop and Giddy

Xialla and Giddy

Xialla and Loop conflict positionally.

Go ahead and order Xialla first.

The link for the Loop Instruction document -- Go to my first post I this group "Hello everyone..." and scroll down aways until you see somebody has reposted it.

Another group member is currently testing the Loop. We may have some kind of clinical trial on its efficacy. Perhaps you can also agree to test the Loop. Just let me know.
