I’ve put on some weight since my prostatectomy, and it’s time to head to the gym. Since I leak even under routine activity, I’m concerned using the equipment will cause more leakage. The last thing I want is to pee on the equipment. I need “undergarments” but how do I use the locker room and change into “fresh” ones without other guys noticing? I’m sure there are solutions. What are they?

Going to the gym
Use depends or something that looks like real underwear and don't give a damn what other guys think. They might just be in the same situation someday too.
Is there a men's room with stalls?
Hi:
There are pads that you can buy at any Target or Walmart that fit discretely into your underwear. They are marketed for men and can be found where they keep the adult diapers. You must wear regular jockey type briefs or boxer briefs. They will not work with regular type boxers. They have different versions for light leakage or heavy leakage. No one will know your wearing it. I hope this helps.
i agree. i had my rrp in '09 and hadn't been to the gym until recently, sharing your concerns, MarkDavid, but also concerned about how i could get to the showers and back to the locker without leaving a trail; i have elected to shower at home. "pads" or "shields" are unfortunately a way of life for me [i use Walgreen brand]. i don't drink anything for an hour or so prior, install a fresh pad before leaving the locker room and don't carry water onto the gym floor. i also carry an extra pair of underwear in my gym bag just in case. if i am concerned about leaking [i have], i go back to the locker room between exercises and change pads or use the urinal. if i am taking a class like yoga, i stay near the back so i can leave and return without being disruptive. it can easily work with a little extra effort and some experimentation. good luck and enjoy the workout!
