I was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer 2010. I had a prostectomy only to find out I never needed the operation. Left me with ED and devastated my social life. I have had no intimacy or dating experience in the last 3 years.

Peccato! I had an RP around the same time, although I did need it. It left me incontinent (which was fixed by a sling surgery) and with partial ED--after six years of no sexual intimacy I've finally started (just barely) being active again.

I was given 5 years to live with Leuprolide injections causing chemical castration and sex was just not interesting anymore. I no longer have sex or drink alcohol. But I party with diet coke! Also, I have a friend without his prostate who is in a relationship and uses rectal sex in a committed relationship for 4 years. He told me the intimacy is not the same, but they are more into each others feelings and back massages. They admit that 10 percent is missing, it is just that they have become closer with the other 90%. His lover does have orgasms yet my friend feels "love" in his heart.
