Completed 5 months of Taxotere 1/10/25 and stopped Orgovyx and Prednisone (iADT) on 1/23. PSA dropped from 15.5 to 0.07 on 2/20 but rose to 0.17 on 3/20. Don't like the doubling time. MO appt is 4/27 following 4/20 blood test. Assuming continued PSA rise I expect to be back on ADT and also getting a PSMA scan. Please weigh in.
