First I would like to thank all the people in this community for providing excellent advice and encouragement.
I had radiation and Lupron in 2020, and my PSA has been good. Unfortunately, in February 2022, I had to be hospitalized due to bleeding in my colon. After receiving a couple of units of blood, I underwent argon plasma coagulation. The bleeding has decreased and I am optimistic about that condition.
There is another problem that I hope someone can suggest a cause, and maybe a treatment. After intercourse, I have pain in the prostate region. It lasts about 10 days, and is bad enough that I have stopped intimacy with my wife.
Has anyone had similar issues, or is aware of the condition?
Thanks in advance.

Yes, I also experience this especially during ejaculation. I know it is my prostate when experiencing painful sensations at the tip of my penis because that was how the pain represented itself during fiducial placement. It has been 12 months since my SBRT treatment at UCSF, and burning sensation flare-ups occur randomly at the tip of my penis but especially whenever ejaculating.
I take your point brother. I have a co-prostate mate that had his prostate removed and has run the gambit in therapies that have depleted his arousal triggers and replaced erotica and sex with joke after joke about his anatomy and lack of a sex life. When you see this guy he’s the stud we all want to be so that too takes its toll on him. Power to you, stay strong.
yes but unlike climb4blue who responded mine occurs in my right nut immediately at ejaculation sorry! climax. I no longer ejaculate. Because I’m so thankful to still have use and function I live with it but Its only debilitating through the climax which I’m supposing tracks with ejaculating just like guys that actually still cum. I don’t know that this info helps in any way, just sharing.
