PSA #’s elevated from sex (After ADT and RT) part Deux

As a follow up to my post last week similar title), I retested after abstaining from sex, exercise and heavy work for 60 hours and my PSA went from .8 to .7! I failed to mention that in addition to sex, I have been going to the gym on a very regular basis and physically work daily as well! Soooo there is something to it and retest again in 6 months. Plan to do almost the same (will stick it out for the min of 72 hours) prior to that and all future tests!

Sorry for the omission! 60 hours....! Post edited / corrected! Wish I went the 72 but, boys will be boys! Maybe I can do it for the next one!
