I have the three piece (tubes, pump, reservoir) AMS-600 MT implant. It gets very hard if I pump it up fully. We don't do anal but I'm confident it is firm enough.

It has taken 4 months for my penis to.get used to the tubes inside it when erect and rubbing during intercourse - at 2 months it got painful quite quickly.

It's still not comfortable for a full session, but it's gradually improving. I have a narrow penis - about 19mm across when stretched - so there is only a thin layer of tissue between skin and implant just below the glans.

Most men's penises are thicker.

There are 2 manufacturers of penile implants: AMS and Coloplast. Some physicians use either depending on the patient. Others prefer one or the other. The AMS gives you a more normal flaccid penis, but is not quite as rigid as the Coloplast. The Coloplast implant does not deflate as well, leaving one with a pretty large flaccid penis. I think either one would be rigid enough for your purposes. I had an AMS-700 CX implanted a year ago and it is very rigid. I am a little disappointed that my erection angle is significantly lower than when I could get a natural erection (it doesn't point straight out; points down about 30 degrees). Also it is easy to feel the cylinders on either side, and they make my penis cross section more oval than circular. It takes a lot of practice to get the hang of inflating and deflating and you need pretty strong fingers to squeeze hard enough to make my AMS device work. Mine doesn't feel natural either. When the doctor pumped it up in his office after surgery, I couldn't tell if it was erect or not unless I looked down at it. However, it is a lot better than having nothing work at all.
