Antibodies during pregnancy???

Hello, I'm 13 weeks pregnant and received a letter from the hospital saying they have found antibodies in my blood, has anyone else had this???

The letter says I've just got to have another blood test, so hopefully its nothing to worry about....

Is your blood group RH-? because then is it possible (specially if your partner's blood group is RH+)

I've got an injection when I was 28 weeks pregnant, and they checked the antibodies every time (my blood group is RH-) but I didn't have antibodies problem

I had antibodies in my blood for 2 of my 3 pregnancies . It came while pregnant and went once I'd had them. I found that it was nothing to worry about I have 3 perfectly healthy children. There now 23/16&14. Hope this helps...

First pregnancys are fine but with ur 2nd 3rd n so on that baby may have a different blood type to your and your other baby so your anti bodies build up but it just means you need an injection to stop the anti bodies attacking
