Diagnosed with polyhydramnios

I am 33 weeks + 4 days and went to Fetal assessment with really bad back pain and extreme pressure in my bump. It has almost doubled in size in the last two weeks and it’s so tight and sore, I actually have lost the feeling in my belly button and front of bump. I was told my amniotic fluid is 32 which seems to be moderate polyhydramnios. Please send me any advice or help to release this awful pressure.

What happened? My daughter is 37 weeks and now has 27. Now they want her to see a specialist. I’ve never heard of this before and I have no idea what’s happening. If you have some advice I would greatly appreciate it.
