Early scan has made my dates much later

hoping for some reassurance please 🤞 taken lots of tests and thought I was 6w 3days. Had an early viability scan (previous mc) and was told 2.4mm and only 4wks 5 days with fetal pole noted. Heart pulsations were faintly noted which is worrying me and they’ve said too early to assess viability and to have another scan in two weeks. Could I have really been nearly two weeks wrong on dates when a test was positive just over two weeks ago and I did an ovulation test too. Ultrasound is the most reliable form of dating. You most likely just ovulated later than you thought. And maybe even implanted later than you thought. When I was tracking LH I would get two peaks, and I’d ovulate on the last peak not the first one, which was almost a week later than I thought I was ovulating. When did you get a peak LH and when did you test positive?

Thank you so much, I keep telling myself that but just concerned that if can see a faint heart pulsation and fetal pole why measuring at only 4 weeks 5 days… but then the measurements are so tiny at this stage. I did a have a very heavy period the previous month so possibly levels were not so clear. I tested positive on the 11th feb, 12th, 13th etc etc 🤦🏻‍♀️ thank you again for your reply, best wishes

They don’t all develop at the same pace. Sometimes heartbeat is early, sometimes it’s late. It’s a good thing that you see the heartbeat- MC chances go down significantly once HB is detected. Still a possibility, but very reduced. Previous heavy period shouldn’t be relevant. When did you get your peak LH test?
