Spotting whilst breastfeeding 13 months postpartum

Hi there - I had my little boy in May 2020 following successful ivf treatment and emergency c section.

I am still breastfeeding him a few times a day.

Since early this year I have been struggling with constant spotting from period to ovulation, also pain and bloating.

I have had some bloods done. And an internal scan which showed all normal apart from a trace of fluid in uterine cavity.

Has anyone had this and had any diagnosis?

I am worried I might have a c section defect.

We are wanting to have more Ivf in the future so wanting to make sure nothing is wrong.
