I had my twins via c section a week ago and my bleeding was quite tame. Over the past two days the bleeding has become heavier (not soaking a pad) has this happened to anyone else? Was everything ok? I have been walking around a lot as my twins are in the neonatal unit so I’m thinking maybe I’ve been overdoing things and I need to slow down x

Bleeding can get heavier if you over do things and if you are breastfeeding. The rule of thumb seems to be if you pass clots bigger than a 50p get checked out.
