Vaginal fistula after childbirth

Embarrassing but help!? Hi mommies and moms to be ❤️

I’m currently 34+ 2 with my second child, 8years prior I had a natural delivery which caused a bit of damage resulting in vaginal fistula , I had surgery to repair the damage and everything has been great since then, problem is I want to deliver naturally again I’m mortified about having C-section, has anyone had my experience before and still went on to having another natural delivery without any problem, is there anything I can do to prevent tearing? I am so scared!!
