Very nice Alicia. I’ve been doing yoga at home also just go through YouTube videos. My gym offers free yoga and other cardio classes which I miss so much my gym community. So many benefits from yoga with breathing mindfulness. There’s this one called Piyo, a combination of Pilates and Yoga if you want high intensity. ❤️❤️❤️🌈🙏xxx

I started with Pilates which is difficult as it is meant for strength training your core. However, when it combines with yoga, it’s less difficult and just about controlling your movement. They add some funky music along with Piyo also and it’s very uplifting for people who likes more energetic workout. I hope this pandemic is over soon so we can get back to our normal daily activites. ❤️❤️❤️❤️🌈🙏xxx

As we are aging, the core training is harder to maintain. It has to be a combination of exercising and diet also. There’s time to be quiet and there’s time to get some noise. 🌈🌈🌈❤️❤️❤️🙏xxx

I'll be honest with u, I do it once a week for twenty minutes. Some of its poses have been so hard I thought the purpose of yoga was to break my spine, I didn't mind as long as my spine broke with good intentions and now u are giving me good reasons for doing it. I also tried these two poses shown here, I fell I almost became teethless. I'll be honest I think I'll be dead before I manage to do these two poses especially the one below, wwwhu,that one is taf. Thank you for the information. Have you managed to do these two poses?
Hi Zoom12345, I think for beginners, yoga should be taken easy as practicing all those stretches and yoga breathing techniques. Once you get the hang of it and start slowly other poses as you can build up your balance. If you go straight to those difficult poses, you can injure yourself badly. I started with Pilates not yoga so I did have a good muscle control techniques so yoga comes easily for me. I love yoga because I can meditate during. For that particular pose, I would recommend u to start leaning against the wall first and then once you are used to it can try without. Thank you. I envy you. I do a lot of different exercises but yoga is really bone breaking but I like it. You say you've done palate? Even when I sit down and spread my legs I feel a thigh breaking😁😁 but gradually I'll be good. I was speaking to someone here at HU who is also doing yoga and she said for the dance pose, she uses a rope to hold her leg😂😂. I won't lie I laughed at her. I am able to do bow pose thou, that when I thought, yah I am getting better at this. I laf at myself but be rest assured I do but I also laf at people who are worse then me. One day I will be like you tho, very soon my friend I won't envy you.

When I first start practicing Pilates, I can’t even walk straight 🤣🤣🤣even sitting down took me some time to establish 😂😂😂It’s always funny to watch people falling down on their faces 🤣 and feeling accomplished when you can do it with ease. Hi, Great Mindfulness, I think we can get too wrapped up in the terms Yoga, Tia Chi and all the other ancient disciplines. We must remember that this is a multi million dollar/pound industry At the end of the day, a quiet place, long slow deep breaths, and slow movements, will in my opinion do the same job, and at the same time save a bit of money. Hi, Vindicatrix. People practicing meditation and yoga is to not being wrapped up in anything; that’s the whole point. It depends on your specific needs, whether to challenge your body to the absolute stamina and alignment or for simple stress relief. There’s no specific amount of money spent for yoga practice itself. It’s personal affordability and level of satisfaction as rolling in a Toyota or a Tesla Model X 😉. Namaste 🙏

I was merely highlighting the point that, call it what you will, Peaceful, Slow Breathing, and Movement of all the muscle groups is absolutely free, and costs nothing. This is my own personal opinion, which I am sure you will not mind me expressing.
