Hi All, Has anyone got any good advice re the above subject. For the last two weeks or so I have been doing self, administered head and stomach massage, with long deep breaths, and using accupressure points. The pressure is mild to moderate, and I feel the benefit, so far. However I am concerned that perhaps it may not be the thing to do, as a CLL sufferer. During Covid I have refrained from bothering my GP or Consultant , as I am sure they are busy enough. Any reliable information would be very mch appreciated, Thank

Try posting on the CLL Support group, someone there may be able to help you. I know there is at least one doctor who is a member there.
