there's a "feederwatch" bird count over the next number of weeks. This Stellar's jay was the first of its kind to visit my feeders, and this happens to be the first day of the count. Photo slightly adjusted to account for the 4-5" of snow in the background and the window screen. It's the view I have from this computer!

That's lovely I'm so pleased you've done that for the birds π
thanks! just refilled them as the sun went down!
Morning although still middle night again for most I think, 3 o clock for me, we can't have bird feeder here as of my cat he's really fast, we have a nest of doves in a big fur tree he was watching other day sat on shed unfortunetely that is one thing I don't like about having a cat although pixie has never cought many birds but a lot of rats and mice when there were a lot round hereπΈππ
That's a lovely blue, not heard of that kind of bird before! π€ I love my bird feeders, peanuts, bird seeds and wild bird fat balls! Tits love the peanuts! Also blackbirds come back into my garden again, which is nice to see them again now! βΊοΈ
It's fun, isn't it?
