On my way to the bin, I photographed some foxglove-like flowers - they are growing like weeds in the gravel drive.
...but I think this rose looks better.
I thought about getting out my big camera and my old macro lens - but you get more depth of field with an iPhone!

There was a bigger better one the other end of the garden the other day - I should have photographed it before I took it to my late wife’s grave.

The colour of the rose is more “delicate” - I made it darker on the computer.
