We did the Christmas bird count at what is called The Sea Ranch in Northern California. Got 32 species including one that is rare and one un-reported. So it was a good day meeting new friends. Walked about 8 miles.
We were assigned the stable area where I made a lot of new horsey friends. I do like horses and rode one at work for about a year. Great horse and very bombproof. Hang gliders could go over him and he didn’t bat an eye.
