I have three of them tomorrow, we are going to see the deer at Hampton Court. Wish me luck!!, mind you, it's easier than taking on you and Marnie29. 😁x
Haha. You will have a lovely day and enjoy every minute with them. Our boys had a lovely bond with their grandparents as did their other grandchildren, it was a joy to see. I know they were so proud of them and will be looking down on them with pride. Just wish they were still here. I'm going to stop there as I'm starting to get upset.
Don't worry, I will be fine. My Dad sadly passed away 6 years ago on the 22nd August and my Mum sadly passed 10 years ago on the 1st of September. They were the wind beneath my wings
I have run out of abuse for today....... I will nip into town and get a fresh supply tomorrow.
The bit about the glue reminded me of an occasion when my father got two aerosols mixed up and sprayed his underarms with what he thought was deodorant. Turned out to be furniture polish!
Hope you are well Marnie, I have been minding the grandchildren for the last two weeks, ( poor kids before you say it ! 😁) so haven't been posting so much. Come the weekends I will give you a good fight, but still lose ! 😁😁x
Callendersgal, in todays world hardly any jokes are 'PC' , I just believe we should find humour in things like we did years ago, with no harm meant and no harm taken. 🙂xx
Thank for cheering me. Up im nearly 55.never been married. Not sure what this site is. Is the artthur ritus one?, I didn't know how to leave that one, don't have that, have fibro dash something in 2014 diagnosed. But lots of thins mostly finally diagnosed in 2019. But only very unlikely to be lupus. As Ana is now weekly posiitve again others all neg too much protein in urine or politely med term water. Do test again at surgery it was neg. If this is positive wellbeing site during lockdown for chronic illness should make the grade as diagnosed with chronic diarrhoea.
Hi there catblue1865 - this is indeed the Positive Wellbeing during Self-Isolation community. You mention you weren't sure how to unfollow / leave another community - you need to hover over the 'tick' icon in the header next to the Write button, then you have the option to leave a community you no longer want to follow. Hope that helps - screenshot and details are here:
How being single no kids, nobody else's emotional baggage just enjoying an easy way of life without all the excesses and egos that comes with relationships/marriage. Good luck!
I hope that you are having a magical day with your grandchildren, l am very sure that they are all having fun with you!!
Tons of memories in the making l can imagine. I hope that the weather is kind to you!
Thank you for the above humour, I am still smiling, your pooor wifee!
Mixing up aerosol cans! Before I had the cataracts removed from both eyes (caused by too many years using Prednisolone) l mixed up the furniture polish with the oven cleaner, sprayed the dining-room table , yes you have guessed it! The foam on the table started bubbling furiously and l thought OMG what have l done. To this day right in the middle of the table there is a lack of lustre, a constant reminder. I bought this table over forty years ago, it was a beautiful antique then, beautifully restored.
Best wishes to you and your family, stay safe, Tim.
I actually started reading this with a 'serious head' in earnest... And then twigged! Terrific, I love it!! Ha ha ha... I will show it to my partner, it should make him laugh!
