That’s what I thought. These sort of articles are usually a load of waffle but I thought this was good πŸ™‚

Hi Ali

Thank you so much for sharing this is absolutely brilliant. I resonate with 4 and 13. I'm lazy when it comes to learning ie. I want to learn how to service my own bike. I also want to do a challenge on my bike but I do need to see how I can afford it but know I'll find a way for sure.

I've copied the link as I think its8so good to keep for reference.

Thank youπŸ™

Alicia xx😊🌈

I like some of those, Ali: not all the hacks are feasible for me, but I do see the attraction just the same...

I've paraphrased them, but these are particularly appealing:

making peace with your present (acceptance is hard, but liberating) (1)

taking time out to smell the roses (and seeing past the thorns) (2)

being thankful for your lot! each one of us is so blessed (we just fail to see it sometimes!) (3)

making sure you allow yourself some standout moments (in my case, this could be allowing myself a box of After Eights 😊😊😊😊) (4)

being relentlessly kind to yourself (see 4 😊😊😊) (5)

keeping things as simple as possible - yes! yes! yes! (8)

stop comparing yourself to other people (always perilous) (10)

learning to be your best friend (and you'll never ever be bored again!!!) (12)

and - retaining a SoH (sees me through or I'd have given up long ago) (18)

You’re so lovely. Your β€œhacks” mean more to me than the article and I appreciate you spending time to post them on here. I’m going to write them down. I hope you’re okay. Lots of love to you xxx

Ali, let's just say... I'm in good company - and some people make it easy for me to be the best version of me (I hope that makes sense!) Sending love your way πŸ’•πŸ’•πŸ’•πŸ’•πŸ’•
