After a nice busy day yesterday, normal service has resumed, just pottered around, putting the dry shopping away from yesterday and just doing odds and ends, it does look as if one of the charity shops has reopened, so I'll walk up there one day to see if they're taking donations

Hi Jennymary
Sounds good that the charity shop has reopened, they'll be so happy to receive your donations.
I went out for a lovely walk with my hubby, had a late lunch, cut the grass, swept up and then enjoyed a couple of mugs of coffee in the garden
Have a lovely evening.
Alicia xx😊
Not much. Right now I am researching escape rooms in my area.
That's great if the charity shop has reopened!
Today I have finished off a book by Ruth Hogan called the keeper of lost things which I really enjoyed, listened to music, had a great walk round the streets this afternoon and went on future learn this morning which I enjoyed.
Hi Jennymary, back to normal for you today then! I think it feels good just pottering when you've had a nice outing the day before.
Today was my haircut! It all went very well with my salon well prepared and only one other customer there for the entire time. I felt so good afterwards that I left without my specs, but luckily it's just across the road from me, so my husband kindly nipped over there and retrieved them for me. So good to know that not only can I now see where I'm going, all being well I am booked in for another trim in 6 weeks time! Hope you have a good evening!👍🌈
Glad to hear you enjoyed catching up with your hairdresser!
Hi Jennymary, I have been for my shopping today, then this afternoon my son and grandson called, so it was lovely to see them both. He had been crabbing with his mu and dad this morning so he was telling me all about it. He is 5. I'm catching up on some washing. The weather has been lovely and warm today. I hope it stays for the week. have a pleasant evening. 🌼🌸
I had my first ever Iceland delivery and I was impressed. Years ago I lived in Spain and loved Iceland.
I find Iceland are pretty good as well but they put their fruit and veg at the back of the shop so you have to hunt for it!
That’s to make you spend more going through the store 😉
Just finished putting together a letter to BBC why I am not going to be paying my TV and opting to jump the threats I may get from them for court/ a prison sentence to be served locally so my son can visit. As they will my intentions it will save all the cost of letters and court appearances it may produce. Thus saving them some cash which I believe is about £15 per head per letter.and I will use my own stamp. so there..
