Cleared up the debris from yesterday, I'm sure my notebooks have been making babies as I found another load yesterday, also cleaned the bathroom.
I'm enjoying reading all the jokes that are being posted and I feel that this year's Christmas best selling book could be the HU joke book compiled during lockdown.... Just a thought

Watched a movie on bbc iplayer, watched Downton Abbey box set on television(three episodes) and listened to some 60s music...... just another uneventful day? π
Well done Jennymary, you sound more positive today which is so good. You e done well today, doesn't it feel good when you've cleaned.
I did the housework with hubby then went into the city centre on my bike and rode the long scenic way home.
I made some brownies for our granddaughter and then had coffee sat in the garden.
Enjoy your evening.

Applied for 10 jobs today, prepared for my interview for next Monday, had a 7 mile walk, went on future learn and met with my sister in law as well and listened to music and watched the pink panther on DVD.
It's good to get some cleaning and moving things around done around the house. It makes it easy to not fall or trip over things when you go walking by.
I'm glad you enjoy the joke postings that have been posted recently. They are pretty cool!
My day today is going well. It's warm here today, but I'm okay. I had breakfast and lunch, went on the phone and did some texting and e-mail messages, went on the computer and did replies to comments/postings/messages, edited a few comments on other groups and listened to some music on the radio. I plan to do some reading before dinner and bedtime tonight, work on the newest word scramble puzzles and watch some TV tonight.
I think that's a great idea Jennymary. I've been busy this after noon after doing my usual chores this morning. My mum needed some fence paint a brush some no nails, no problem. Then she also needed a Valeda 1,2 spray refil pad. Well could I get one, no. I went to Asda, Wilko, Tesco, they have refil pads but not this particular one. I didn't get in till quite late and think I've exhausted myself looking for this one item. She tx me when I was on my way home, apparently they have them in B and M, So, I'll try there tomorrow. She is 80 and I don't want her worrying about trivial things so I'll carry on looking till I get it. I haven't had dinner yet. I am looking forward to watching a couple of episodes of the series I am watching on Netflix later. Hope you are having a pleasant evening. ππΌ
Hi Jennymary, What a fabulous idea for a funny book for Christmas. The PWB book of Corny Jokes! Laughter truly is one of the best medicines!
You've managed another productive day today, as nearly always!
I took my first trip in months to our local Sainsburys, together with my husband who explained all the new safety measures I hadn't seen and the new hand scanning system for use during shopping to speed up your exit at the checkout. I liked that a lot and wondered then why I hadn't used the Waitrose one which has been around for years! π€£ Take care and I hope you had a good evening. π
