Pins/Needles-B12 final 3rd injection and 20mg Atorvastin

Hi guys, just a quick update, had my 3rd and final injection of B12 yesterday and also had bloods done at the same time nurse has advised that I need a follow up for blood test in 3 months, hopefully I can get in to book appointment as she said that she cannot book it at this stage @*""@ but anyway.... hand is still pins and needles however it has started to itch just on the side of little pinky now, its never done that before, just kinda massaging it... spoke to GP this week on the telephone and she has said that she will call me Monday morning with the results of the bloods and that she may refer me to the neurologist depending on results and take it from there, she did again mention MS ........ New dilemma, my management called me yesterday afternoon and said that she would like me to start back to work again on Monday next week (still from home) am excited but scared in a weird way, I have been there 14 years, I know terribly sad, I have agreed to come back and forgot to tell her as it came as a shock the call, and need to tell them Monday morning if I disappear for a few minutes while I will be on the phone to the GP....
