Calling All Readers!

This is our November 2020 Reading Rabbits Book Posting. You can post your comments and suggestions about any book/magazine/newspaper that does/doesn't have to do with any medical issues on this posting. You can mention about your favorite authors, as well. This posting will be pinned to the Pinned Posts for easier access.

I did some reading before bed last night. I’m still in the middle of James Patterson’s β€œThe Chef”. I’m about to start Chapter 76. Right now, Detective Caleb Rooney is working as a Chef and a Private Detective at the same time during the Mardi Gras’s big festival. He’s serving lots of food from his food truck/restaurant, β€œThe Killer Chef”. So far, everyone that has come to attend the Mardi Gras celebration is lining up to get their orders faster than can be served/cooked! It’s amazing that Caleb and Marlene (and now Vanessa – an ex-owner of another restaurant) is able to keep up with everyone standing there waiting patiently for their orders.

While the festival is also going on, Caleb gets a call from another Private Detective who’s a friend of his and says that they see David Needham in the crowd. Caleb goes after David and says that he wants him to β€˜tell the truth finally about what he knows about a plan that will take place during the festival’. David gets nervous and starts panicking. He said he has no idea what Caleb is talking about and no idea what plan is going to be done at the festival.

Stay tuned for more updates!

After I finish β€œThe Chef”, I plan to start reading β€œRose Madder”, by Stephen King.

Okay, now to you! What have you been reading recently?

Great to hear it!πŸ˜€πŸ‘πŸŒˆπŸ“–πŸ‡

Ooh must look for that love James Patterson books. Just finished the Perfect Couple

Do you like his "The Women's Murder Club" series? I have books 1-19, so far. :-)

Oh yes have just downloaded 19 and 20

That's great! I still have to catch up on the series. I've been behind slightly since I've had to wait to get up to them. I have to start on book 6 and keep going after a few more months! :-)

I finished "The Chef", by James Patterson last night before bed. The ending was really sweet and fantastic. I'm going to try the recipes hopefully in the next coming few weeks.

I'm going to start "Rose Madder", by Stephen King later today.

Have a great day! :-)

I’m sorry to hear this. I have had ultrasounds years ago when I was having severe pain/cramps. Oddly, they couldn’t find any problems at the time.

I had a colonoscopy about 4 years ago that found nothing been ok with modified diet till now.

Just started reading Shopaholic at Christmas. Loving it so far. This is like the previous books of the series. Will Becky ever learn? As usual her life is full of drama and problems. Only this time around she is the one having to deal with a old boyfriend. What will her best friend Suze think? If you are into that sort of thing, I would definitely recommend buying this novel. Perfect for any long cold winter nights with a hot drink or a glass of wine. Becky Brandon is back.

This sounds very interesting! I haven't had a chance to read that series in a while, but I will have to check if I have that one on my bookshelves waiting to be read soon. May take some time to go through everything since I have a mini library in my bedroom. :-)

You can find it online on Amazon?

I would have to check. :-)

Got any books on clock maintenance?

Not yet.πŸ˜€πŸ‘πŸŒˆ
