I've been out on my bike today, I wanted to beat the weather before it changed, we are due rain tomorrow and then we have strong winds for the rest of the week and about 10 degrees cooler, I'm going to feel that.
I cycled 25 miles.
I hope you like the photos.
Have a good evening and stay safe.

Thank you. Miles don't matter, it's the pure enjoyment that matters.
I'm glad I've inspired you.
Enjoy your bike rides.

That's planning ahead Alicia.... great idea in case your activities get curtailed by the weather that's on its way. The photos are, as always, lovely! ππ

Oh most definitely, I don't like cycling in a lot of rain as I don't feel as safe particularly as it's been so dry, the roads will be greasy when wet.
Thank you, it's been a glorious day.

Hi Jerry
Thank you, it's been a glorious day, I love the sun and warmth, my kind of weather.
Oh it'll definitely cheer up again as it's only early June.
Those horses seem to be in that field mist times now when I cycle on that road, they are beautiful animals.
Stay safe and well and enjoy the rest of your evening.
Great photo's, Hopefully the weather will be set to warm up again towards the weekend. Good job you went for your bike ride today before the rain set's in for the next couple of day's. xx
Thank you Bobby, it's fabulous ride. We have strong winds forecast for here right up until and including the weekend. Think I'll be going on short walks to keep going.
Hi Alicia. That looks so peaceful. You must forget everything that is happening in the world when on your cycle rides. Hopefully, if it isn't too windy you can still go out in the rain. Enjoy!
Thank you Sheila, it really is peaceful when cycling along a country road and particularly the road I was on as not many cars use that road which makes it so much more enjoyable.
We've had a lot of rain this afternoon and it's not windy today but the wind is supposed to pick up over the next few days so I won't be on my bike in strong winds but may look at some fairly gentle walking i.e. not power walking instead (I injured my foot just over 2 weeks ago and it's still a little swollen so I have to be careful walking).
Good for you. Wish I could still bike. COPD keeps me from it. When the gym reopens I can do some time on the treadmill and some peddle equipment for a short time.
Thank you sassykitty . Well you are amazing doing any kind of exercise with COPD so well done to you. I joined a gym just before the lockdown so am looking forward to it opening once they are able to.
