I went for a cycle ride again today, unfortunately I didn't take any scenic photos. I added a picture of the distance I cycled.
I still can't go out walking and am missing the woods but hopefully it won't be long before I can start walking distances again.

Isn't it just, I love my bike, it gives me freedom and I'm fortunate to be able to ride it.

I know you love your bicycle rides Alicia but don't go too far until your foot is better. You cpuld cause more damage in the long run. How long is it likely to be do you think?
Thank you for your lovely caring message. My foot is a lot better now, still a bit tender but I'm walking round the house so much better. I have it elevated quite a bit as well.
I would think another week and it'll number completely better.
