Apologies all but no photos today as I went for a cycle ride instead today as I needed to go to the pharmacy. I cycled a total of 15 miles as I took the long way round to get some exercise in.
Back to the walking tomorrow and more photos.

I also went a short cycle ride this morning after going for a 3K walk preceded by at 9am doing Joe Hicks body coach workout, that was for about 25 minutes.
Flipping heck, you've done well today as I understand Joe Wicks doesn't take prisoners so to speak.👍
Who knows, prisoners may also do those workouts in prison, Joe Wicks has half a million followers who do those exercises all over the world.
Well they may well do my response was very tongue in cheek. If I can't get out I'll probably take part.😊
There are now so many of those fitness sites springing up, by the time this crisis is over the nation will be a much healthier and fitter place.
