Hi all
I went out to meet a friend in her garden today and a bonus I cycled 20.5 miles. I haven't done much exercise because if my foot and the strong winds we've had so it was good to get out. Sorry, there are no photos today apart from my route.

Thank you and it was very windy here yesterday but a lot better today. We sat in the garden for about an hour but it got too cold and the cloud came over fairly thick.
Hoping it starts to warm up again soon.

Hi Alicia, I'm glad you haven't been overdoing things as it will give your foot the best chance to recover and then you'll be able to do more, if you want to. But I don't think 20.5 miles on a bike is 'not much'. As always I'm in awe, and it must've been nice to have a meet up with your friend. We'll forgive you for the lack of pictures! You always post such a nice variety, we mustn't mind when you occasionally don't! 😃
Thank you Hidden , my foot is better when I cycle, I've hardly done any walking. I agree if I play it safe now then the foot will recover.
Thank you, it didn't seem far to me but that's only because I've done a lot of cycling these past few weeks. It was really lovely seeing my friend.

I had a nice morning out this morning meeting my sister in law in the park and having a socially distanced walk and chat and a sit down on the benches there with our flasks of drinks for a catch up which I really enjoyed.

Its a step forward in the right direction anyway.
This afternoon after I came home I continued with my book no angel which I am really enjoying and had another walk out to the local shop for some bread and bananas.

We had 18 degrees and beautiful sunshine today in my part of Scotland and I went on a 10k run 🚴♀️
Thank you Buddy. My foot I'd still swollen but I'm gradually able to do more with it and walking better, thank you for asking.
It was a great catch up, it's so easy to keep apart outside.
