How do YOU stay positive during this stressful time?

I've been doing jobs that I haven't had the time to do, plus increasing my fitness which is great. I'm learning French, drawing, cooking, gardening and more.
Keep yourself busy and the time will go by easier.
This won't last forever, I'm positive about that.
Take care of yourself.
No one stays positive all the time . That could lead one into a silly inattentive take no precautions attitude that could be trouble. Every one must take stock of their situation and try to see a bit into the future and take actions that make you feel secure. The problem comes when a person spends all their time worrying usually because they feel helpless and do not know how to proceed or which way to turn and can not complete the analysis of the situation or see any part of the future and as result feel unsafe.
Normally that is easier to address , this is different. Instead of worrying about your attitude maybe you need to satisfy yourself that you are safe or make changes that will make you safer. It should be something you discuss with some one that you trust and who can help you make changes who knows your situation or can understand your particular personal situation.
For example do you remember the big power outage in New York City a few years ago caused by a solar flare that effected power transmission lines. Approximately nine months later there where a lot of babies born. With the whole world locked up together, I predict a baby boom that will last for many months and if you can make the right baby thing that every one will want you could be rich. How positive is that?
Find something to laugh about. It is a stressful, crazy time and this is one of the ways that helps me get through the days. Laughter is the best medicine. Wishing you well.
Or like Helsiu said, relax and have a bit of fun. laughter is contagious also.
Take on new projects, I'm thinking about painting my hall today, well starting it anyway. I downloaded a couple of books. I've not looked at the online courses yet but I'm sure I'll get round to it. Setting little targets helps. ☺☺
Taking one day at a time and believing that there is light at the end of the tunnel, and there will be! Start every day as normal then sort yourself one task a day to do that you have been putting off until you have time. You will feel better for it and when this is over you won’t feel guilty about going out as all your jobs are done! Also, if you have a garden make the most of the lovely weather and either work in it or sit in it and relax.
I try to distract myself by doing things I like. I avoid the news as much as possible because I still see it sometimes and can catch up easily but it's overwhelming and often wrong. I have faith and believe we are acting responsibly and are doing our best to be safe and sound. I am looking at taking an online class.
