Good morning

Good morning to all of you. Thank you for all the messages that have appeared for me overnight. I appreciate all that has been shared after my mini meltdown yesterday. I am going to step away for a while today and take time to process the advice that has been given by many kind people who know and have experienced this unfriendly illness far longer than I have. I hope to find a better way of accepting and living with it. That does not mean I am happy to play by its rules, but I realise I do need to respect and listen to it. G.

Mind and stick to that decision - switch off and go and watch the rugby ... 😉

Watch the rugby!I must be a far more active sofa supporter than you are Oro if you think that's relaxing. I'm usually shattered by the end of a match😆😆😆

You have to be a fan to get excited, some will just go to sleep - I am but have learned to restrict the bounce. Rubbish day yesterday - for the want of a conversion a Cup was lost ... OTOH, Wales seem to have perked up without Gatland, should have gone long ago. They showed purpose yesterday.

Yesterday -depends on who you support 😳.. but probably not best to go there…

Bit crap really - heartbroken for Scotland.

Yes , we have trouble in our house , me and Mr Bee still support England and give a supportive nod to Wales ( unless they are playing England) , it makes it difficult if others come around or we go out to watch the match. The girls are split , one is Wales through and through , the other for England.Trying not to bounce about watching sports seems to be the pacing lesson I find hardest.😆😆😆

I tend to support whoever England is playing but Wales was my team as a teenager, then Scotland when I lived there. I haven't liked the way England played so they tend not to get house room. And when a team is playing particularly well and Triple Crowns or Grand Slams are on the menu - I support them. And I'm delighted to see Italy proving their critics wrong.

So is part of my family.. son and family are all England supporters, as is daughter, but SIL and grandsons are Wales supporters.. makes family WhatsApps interesting.!.

I was in NZ with SIL on first weekend of 6 Nations- he was not a happy bunny 😒

Brought up in a family with half Liverpool supporters and half Everton ( apart from one Black Sheep whom supported Manchester United ) so you can imagine what it's like with local Derby matches!!!Luckily we are all over the place now so we don't end up watching matches altogether.

We usually keep our heads down in the village if Wales get beaten by England.

I'm not crazy or too Partizan about Rugby , I'd actually like Ireland to do well this time around.

Me neither re soccer - but Ireland have been fantastic for a few years now. Love watching them play, miss Johnny Sexton but pleased they are managing well without him.

Yes they have…and they are going to be the backbone of the Lions team this summer. There are a lot of southern hemisphere born players in the team.. although you can probably say that of most 6 Nations teams.. 😊

There certainly are some 'rules' to follow, but many of my choices & decisions are now (6yrs down the line) based on a now educated gut instinct and common sense.
